What is the easiest and cheapest way to get to Wuhan from Hong Kong? My flight arrives at 4:20pm.

Consider to your arrival time, the easiest way to get to Wuhan from Hong Kong is to take a bus to Guangzhou, and then take a train from Guangzhou to Wuhan.
There are direct buses from Hong Kong International Airport to Guangzhou.
The cost is much acceptable compared to taking a plane.
