We value feedback on the service provided by our local travel agencies, We rely on our personal inspections and customers' testimonials for selection of sights and attractions, hotels, restaurants, etc. A service evaluation form is provided after each segment of a tour for customers to rate the service received. China Highlights will continue to use only those services that our customers are satisfied with.
In order to improve our service, we pay very careful attention to our customers opinions about our service. Customers who travel tours are encouraged to evaluate our service and the tour components during their trip, so that we can find out where we have to improve and make further progress. China Highlights has introduced an incentive program to encourge customers to provide us with their feed back. In December each year, a number of names of those customers who have completed survey forms, are selected randomly by computer to receive a cask rebate.

On a more personal level, all customers who toured Guilin with us are invited to stop by our office, meet their travel advisors, share travel experiences and give us their suggestions on any improvement to our service.

China Highlights organizes an annual conference in Guilin for it's service providers from all over China to keep them up to date with our service standards and our expectations for them as China Highlights' representatives in each region.
During the past few years, we have invited foreign experts and noted Chinese experts to provide staff with the training in marketing, communication, english-writting, team-building.
