We guarantee that our tour packages are the best value for money available. We believe our level of service and hidden extras, make us better value than our competitors. If you find an offer that matches ours, and is cheaper than our package, we will match that offer and give you US$100 to spend while you are in China.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The “Value Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings only when the deposit has been paid. The Chinahighlights tracking number must be provided when making a claim.
    • Same tour itinerary
    • Same date of tour commencement and finish
    • Same hotels used in the package
    • Same Terms & Conditions for the tour package including a similar money back service guarantee.
  2. The following conditions must apply:
    • Chinahighlights has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same itinerary, hotel room type, dates, and that it meets all terms & conditions, and claims processing requirements.
    • Our “Value Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
    • Chinahighlights reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Value Guarantee” at anytime.

  • PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make a booking with the competitor simply provide the comparison information.
