Arriving in Chengdu
Chengdu, located in the southeastern Sichuan Province of southwest China, is the capital city of the province.
Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is the fifth largest international airport in China. It is 16 kilometers from the city center of Chengdu.
All signs in the airport are all in both Chinese and English. You can access to free wifi, bank, coffees, restaurant and tax-free shops, business centers (copy, fax, internet and so on), information kiosks and medicine clinics. How to get around in Chengdu
Chengdu's public bus system is very efficient, convenient and cheap. Currently one subway line 1 is operated. It can reach Chengdu South Railway Station and Chengdu North Railway Station. Subway line 2 will be operated in September 2012.
