Dear all, I am from EU. This is my first time to go to China. My stay will be in Beijing, shanghai, Xi'an and Tibet. May I book E-ticket of flights to these cities? What is the E-ticket like in China?

Hello, Denken. I am glad to answer your question here. Fortunately, most major airlines in China are now able to issue E-tickets but not all of them. E-tickets are more common to flights between larger cities than those on lesser routes. The cities you will visit are able to issue E-tickets. Foreign traveler holding electronic ticket need only show their passports to board the plane but need to ensure that the name on the e-ticket is exactly the same as the name on the passport. A confirmation code will be issued for each e-ticket.
