3 Week Travel Itinerary

Me and my friend are planning a three week trip around China that goes something like this:
Beijing (4 days)
-Night train to Xian-
Xian (2 days)
-Night train to Shanghai-
Shanghai (3 days)
-Flight to Guilin-
Guilin (3 days)
-Train to Kunming-
Kunming (2 days)
-Train to Dali-
Dali (3 days)
-Train to Kunming-
-Plane from Kunming to Shenzhen-
Shenzhen (1/2 days)
-Bus to Hong Kong-
Hong Kong (left over time)
What do you think of this trip? Enough/too many journeys? Any improvements?
