Would consider taking Hydrofoil from Chongqing to Yichang...

It is possible. However the situation in the Hydrofoil is not good. It is just used for transportation for the locals. There are villagers taking chickens, vetegables to the boat. However if your budget is enough, you can charter the whole one just for yourself. We Chinahighlights can do that.
