yeah, i am a foreigner who currently work in Shanghai. i am crazy at mountain climbing, and would like to do a week's trek trip to Tibet, any idea?

I'd rather stay at home enjoying my leisure free time. Labour Day seems not a ideal time for traveling, everythere crowded.
