Chinese job market

I think one of the most severe problem that China encounters in the 21st century  is the issue of employment. China is trying hard to modernize the country by boosting the overal education of the whole population and growing number of high school students have been enrolled into colleges, universities, but the the fierce competition in job market  follows has gradually became a furious problem that haunts the chinese government, families and the graduates. Millions graduate each year but their employments are pessimistic. Many remain unemployed even several years after their graduation.
