I would be very glad if I can do some help here.Guilin is really a fantastic and picturesque place to visit, the best time to go are April to October, for sure the prices for sightseeings and hotels will be higher than other months,that we call high season. Some tourists do go to Guilin in winter time from Nov to Feb (low season) for lower price and crowded escape.
