Olympic Games affect your China tour, but not too much. If your China tour including Beijing, it of course affects too much. Why not avoid Beijing but choose other routes like Shanghai-Yichang-Yangtze-Chongqing-Chengdu-Xian-Shanghai, etc?

It affects your China tour in the below facts.

1.  Cost is higher than before. If your China tour includes Beijing, cost of hotels, meals, vehicle and services in the city doubles, triples or even higher. You could plan a tour including Shanghai or Hong Kong to avoid higher cost. Choose a China tour like Silk Road, Minority Tour, etc.

2.  China visa problem. It is not as easy as before to apply your China visa due to Olympic Games and Tibet issue. How to avoid this? It is better to make a full preparation to apply your visa according to the exact requests from Chinese embassy.

3.  Other facts affect your China tour like increased international airfare, crowded streets in Beijing etc.

I think Olympic Games have some positive aspects to your China tour too.

a)  It is a good chance to enjoy the hospitality of Chinese people.

b)  Enjoy your China tour while enjoy the games in China

c)  Few people and less crowded in other places during the Olympic Games.

If you are planning a China tour, why not try other cities but Beijing? And if you want to visit Beijing, it is time to order it now.

The Olympic Games have always brought people together in peace to respect universal moral principles. The upcoming Games will feature athletes from all over the world and help promote the Olympic spirit.

Visa applicants are increasing in a large number and need longer waiting time in the visa office recently. If you don't  reside or work in  Hong  Kong permanently,  you are required to apply Chinese visa from  the  Embassy orConsulate-General of Peoples'  Republic  of  China  in  your resident country. You are welcome to China for tourism, business, visit of theOlympic Games.

Anyone could help me with my hotel reservation during the Olympic Games 2008? It is very hard to book and very expensive. I am traveling alone.

The 12th leg of the Beijing Olympic Flame's global tour ended at Bangkok on Saturday. 80 torchbearers took part in the 10.4 kilometers relay which started at the ceremonial gateway "Chinese Gate".

Olympic Games shows a great love  of peace, but it seems it is not very peace in this world.
