Does anyone know what this is?

I took this picture while in Huangshan in October '07 but cannot remember what it is.  Can anyone help me?  I have looked all over the Internet, but don't see it anywhere.  It was some kind of structure in downtown Huangshan, I think.

Hmmmm..... I couldn't tell if the picture attached to my original posting, I guess it didn't.  The site won't let me upload a picture to my photo album.  I tried yesterday and several times today.  What else can I do?  Sorry, I'm somewhat technically challenged ;-P    Audrey

 i think the picture looks like a welcome arc, similar to that in Taishan,guangdong going toward a farm. hmm, cant tell exactly!
