Cooking class in China

why so many of you are interested in cooking?

Hi, Used to live in China and am planning on popping back for a couple of weeks maybe in the autumn. I'm looking for a chinese cookery course that lasts maybe a week or something. Anyone know of any? Thanks, Henny

but where are you living in china? as far as I know, there are cooking classes in almost all big cities and town.

I am going to Shanghai in August/September and am looking for a 1 day cooking course. Any advice would be very appreciated. Many thanks. Monica.
