Public restrooms in China

My friend who took a soft sleeper on train from Yichang to Liuzhou. After getting of the train, he told me that he would NEVER EVER take a Chinese Train because he had diarrhoea that night and he had to run back and forth to the small room with a hole for many times.

Yeah,  hardsleeper toilets are even worse, not to talk of hard seater. The only clean place there was the toilet bowl itself because the people seem to be incapable of hitting lt.

When you  go by train don't wear flipflops .
