I'm wondering if train tickets (with soft sleeper reservation) booked in advance can be refunded or exchanged for another reservation. If not possible with the train station, can it be done through a travel agent who could then resell it ?
It can be full refunded or exchanged if you cancell it two hours before departure at the station. Under particular circustance, it can be done even two hours after the departure. Through travel agent? Hope you are lucky. Some of the travel agents may charge you 5 percent service fee.
