We know a new place mainly from two ways: - from other people who had been there; - via media, like newspapers, magazines, TV programs, web pages, and most of all, movies. After watching “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”[/i], I dreamed to visit Hongcun village in Anhui; after watching “Hero”[/i] of Zhang Yimou, I dreamed to travel to Jiuzhaigou valley in Sichuan; after watching “Kekexili”[/i], I dreamed to go to Qinghai-Tibet Highland….   Hongcun village: [image]http://www.chinahighlights.com/community/image/hongcun.gif[/image] Jiuzhaigou Valley: [image]http://www.chinahighlights.com/community/image/jiuzhaigou_valley.gif[/image] Kekexili: [image]http://www.chinahighlights.com/community/image/kekexili.gif[/image]   There must be one place that you are now dreaming to, what is that, from where you heard about it?your place is to visit it by yourself and then you will know the real beauty of the place.

When one thinks of China, certain images pop into the head. Yellow Mt( Huangshan) is surely one of those images-sheer cliffs from which sprout the twisted pine trees, kind of stuff one sees in a Chinese painting. Over centuries, Yellow Mt. is the place where painters paint and people come to seek solace.

I love Jiuzhaigou Gully most, a tranquil place with waterfalls, various wildlifes, clear lakes and traditional Tibetian people.

I find a very interested place through internet. It is a ancient Chinese village called Lijiang, where is filled with good old buildings. [image]http://www.toursky.net/photo/fenghuang.jpg[/image]

I would like to recommend Shangri-la. The place is located at China's southwest Yunnan province. It is a tranquil paradise featured lush vegetation, vast gorges, idyllic lakes and the traditional, century long customs.

I want to go to Jiuzhaigou and won't want to come back.
