Vegetarian restaurants in Gvilin and Yangtsu?

There is one vegetarian restaurant in Guilin. It is located before the front gate of Seven Star Park, called Longze Restaurant, they make a lot of food out of soy bean and vegs. Actually, Bill Clinton's wife and his daughter went there for tea while they were there. The restaurant still keep their pictures and the table there for exhibition. Tel of that restaurant: 0773-5812852. You will like the vegetarian food there. There is another one in Seven Star Park, but they make both veg food and non-veg food, so, if you see some fish pools there in the restaurant, don't be scared, this one is called Yue Ya Lou, it was cooking for Monks and Nuns. There is no such restaurant in yangshuo. But I am pretty sure that you can have nice vegetarian food in most of restaurants in both Guilin and Yangshuo. You may order some vegetable food if you know their names in Chinese, or just let them make some for you if you tell them, ” I am a vegetarian” (Wo Chi Su)

There is also the restaurant on the compount of the Buddhist Temple. The temple is close to Guilin "Golden Gate" Bridge, behind BaGui
