cooking course

hi,      I am currently in Shanghai and am looking for cooking classes.  I am not here for long so the classes should preferably be on a sign up for 1 day basis...  Any help would be greatly appreiated.  i know how to speak chinese.  thanks!   cheers

actually, i do not know where can learn cooking in Shanghai but i think some colleges or hotels may offer cooking courses service.
