Has anybody been to there? I heard that it is a very archaistic water town and preserved well in Shanghai.

Qi Bao Old Town

unfortunately they have rebuilt parts of the town. it looks nice with water lanes, old buildings and many very very old shops.

a nice place, you won't imagine what are wating for you untill you once there. I spent a day strolling those old streets, check out some fine shops and had a lot of eating. [image]http://www.yuntaiw.com/lvyou/UploadFiles_7124/200505/20050509101925897.jpg[/image]
