top things to do in Tibet?

hello. actually i have a few questions. I will visit China next may and would like spending a few days in the Chinese highland, Tibet. please help me to come up with what are the top things to do in Tibet? thanks for you help

trek to the Mountain Everest. visit some monasteries. You will find many old monastries in Tibet.

i think visiting a local tibetan family is worthwhile.The tibetan are among the easiest to get along with in China. Having a leisurely talk would be interesting.
