The popularity of train travel to Tibet has resulted in the huge demand for train tickets among visitors. It's very difficult for individual travelers to get a ticket on their own. Reliable travel agencies can not guarantee successful booking. China highlights recommend you fly into Tibet and return by a train. And Sepetember and October are the peak season of Tibet Travel .So. Maybe you can go and travel in Tibet on December. Or. Fly into Tibet and return by a train. And according to China's regulation, individual travel to Tibet is not allowed. You have to join a group and we can help you find one at any time.

Spending tow months in Tibet is a great experience. Besides Lhasa, you can also travel to Chamdo, Nari, Nyingchi, Nagqu and so on. These places will give you a big surprise by it beauty and imagic senery. It is ok for you to speak a little English, for we can also arrainge a tour guide who can speak Spanish and English. Since your time in Tibet is relatively long, we recommend you to tailor made your trip according to your need. You can contact our trip advisors and they will give you a perfect journy plan.

Hello, I am a solo traveler going to China in December.  I would like to take a train to Lhasa, maybe the same day that I fly into Beijing.  Is this possible?  I know that it's hard to get the train tickets, but maybe in the slow season, it's possible?

Hi, Karaleenas,
It is possible to get a train ticket from Beijing to Lhasa days ago, but very difficult to get one the same day when you fly into Lhasa. Try to find a travel agent to book one for you or stay days in Beijing to get one. Good luck.
