Travel Tibet Now

September and October are the best time to travel Tibet for avoiding the extremely cold and hot weather.Even the weather is more comfortable but Tibet's high altitude and the atmosphere allow the sun's solar radiation to strike the earth with unusual intensity. To protect your eyes and skin, the sunscreen, sunglasses or dark glasses and lip creams are advised.

In addition to the normal medications for traveling, just like the Aspirin and Ibuprofen etc, you should bring some high altitude medication. Better ask your doctor for suggestions.

Now,I would like to recommend one typical route of traveling in Lhasa for 5 days, during this tour you could visit the most highlights like The Potala Palace, The Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street,Sera Monastery,Drepung Monastery,Tibet Museum...even could visit one Tibeten family for understanding their daily life. This Tour only from $536.Click here for more details

I thought you needn't bring so much thing, because you can buy them in Tibet.

If you have a travel plan to Tibet, I advise you bring  a hat ,a pair of sunglasses, and a bottle of suntan oil to protect your

skin.
