The Yellow River is known to Chinese people, but many foreign travellers may have no idea about that. The Yellow River originates from Qinghai Province, passing through eight provinces and regions before emptying into Bohai Sea. It is the second longest river in China. The Yellow River valley is the cradle of 5,000-year-old Chinese civilization.

The Yellow River flows from north to south in the estern part of Shannxi Province. Along the river, there are famous scenic spots such as the Huashan Mountain, the Dragon Gate, Sima Qian Temple and the Dangjia Village.

Along Eastern Route of the Yellow River Best selected tour, visitors can enjoy the famous historical sites of Museum of Qin Shi Huang Terracotta Figures ; and the Huaqing pool.
