how to get Hukou waterfall(teapot waterfall) from Xian?

I will travel China this May, I will go Shanghai, Beijing and Xian, and probably a few days in Guilin. I want to go to a site that is located at the intersection of Shaanxi, and Shanxi Provinces to visit a waterfall-hukou or teapot waterfall. does anyone here down that waterfall or have visited it. It seem awesome and here is my question, how far is the waterfall from Xian and how to get there?

You can take a train to Yan'an or Linfen and then continue by bus from there. If you need more info, feel free to email me at ellyse99@yahoo.com as I don't read this forum frequently. Thanks. :)
