There's a Hua Qing Chi hot springs near Xi'an, but no Chua Qing Chi mosque in Xi'an! Do you mean Hua Jue Si instead?

Yes, I only know there is a huaqingchi hot spring in Xian. Are you sure you are searching for the Huaqingchi mosque? there may be so such a mosque in or around xian.
