fllods in Yunnan, please help

We are considering to visit China this August but we were concerned to hear there were floods in Yunnan. Do anyone here know anything about the floods? where are they? should we  not  go to Kunming, Dali and Lijiang?

So far as I  know the floods hit the southern and western areas of the province such as the Tengchong, pu'er, Wenshan etc while Kunming, Dali and Lijiang is little afftected. no worry, BabyJuly and you can travel to your planned destinations.
