Located 8.5km south of Yangshuo and with an elevation of 380 meters, Moon hill is 230 meters in height and 410 meters in length. Over 800 marble stairs leading to the cave were completed in 1981 making it possible for those who want to get a birds-eye-view of the beautiful countryside of Yangshuo to climb the hill. A walk along the View-the-Moon Way will allow you to see the moon from different angles. See the full moon, the half moon and eyebrow moon. It is one of the major charms of Yangshuo.
