A maze of historic alleyways and old single storey traditional courtyard houses, now fast disappearing. Dotted around the hutong are the Drum and Bell Towers, Tea House, and local people's houses. Your tour includes a visit with a local family.

unfortunately,we didn't enjoy this part of the itinery-didn't tell that it was"historical"its a catch tourist and too much manufacture.felt that tourist was the bread burner,we were great fun, nice to sccoll along antiques, paint and rickneds.also surprised to pay contrybutions to the visite while not mentioned to us previoused.it is not a real hutong when pravite car park in the street
