It is located in the downtown area of Guilin City ,only 3 kilometers from Guilin Railway Station and 25 kilometers from Guilin Liangjiang International Airport .The artificial waterfall that rushes down from its top matches the picturespue ambience of the hotel ,with Shanhu Lake glittering right down in front,Lijiang River flowing on the east ,Elephant Trunk Park neighbouring on the south ,and Duxiu Hill and Diecai Hill towering on the north.

The Lijiang Waterfall Hotel in beautiful Guilin is perfectly located. If you are lucky enough to get a room overlooking Fir Tree Lake and the Sun and Moon pagodas, you are in for a treat especially at night. In the evenings, there is an artificial waterfall created from the top of the hotel which flows over the back wall of the hotel that an be seen from the walking street. This is a great sight and perhaps one of its kind. Rooms are extra clean, well furnished and quiet. For those who like shopping , the pedestrian street next to the hotel is fun going accross; though negociations will lead you to good deals.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for our holiday in Guilin. The price was quite cheap for a five-star hotel, and we chose free pick up service as it is a part of the promotion. It is good value for money. Room is very nice and comfortable. The location is great, the staff is generally helpful

I've stayed here on business trips to Guilin on a number of occasions and it's fine- central, comfortable and with good internet in the rooms. Enjoyed the large pool after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was included the food was adequate.

Huge lobby, impressive atrium, full services, large rooms and very close to the Sun and Moon pagodas and shopping areas. Housekeeping is excellent - very prompt quick service and if you are in the room when they come to clean it, they apologize and come back another time. The bath room is equally good and well equipped with all essentials. The hotel houses a fairly large shopping arcade although as expected things are little bit expensive. There is a walking street adjacent to the hotel which is indeed a bargain shopper's paradise. You get to buy traditional Chinese articles such as dolls, artefacts, souvenirs etc. The street also houses a good number of eating places. All in all a very good place to relax and spend the evening.
