Environment is excellent and quiet. Facilities are outdated and service average. Buffuet breakfast just so so.

It's a old but beautiful hotel just beside the Pearl River. Room is relatively small and old.

We enjoyed the stay in this hotel very much. The river view room had a really good view of the Pearl River. We will stay again in the future.

My wife and I were in China to adopt our son and the White Swan was a hotel we stayed in. We were at the hotel for a week, our agency selected this hotel for us. The hotel is older but our room was in very good condition. I think the only thing that really showed some wear was the carpet, but I think that's with most hotels. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was prompt with any requests. Though we had to tell them on several ocasions that we needed extra towels every day. There is a great playroom downstairs and lots of other families on the same quest to talk with and help each other out.

Room is nice, and buffet breakfast is delicious. However, the rooms left a bit to be desired. Service and room sanitation are good. Shameen is at the back of the hotel and the traffic is convenient.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped and great for business or leisure. The restaurants are varied and the business centre is excellent. The lobby is beautiful. Strange hotel though with many varied clientele, I believe it still has one whole floor dedicated to families adopting in china which I think is wonderful.

The hotel is old fashioned, room decor was just so so. However, their housekeeping did do their job well that at least the room was quite clean. The lunch buffet was quite good but a bit pricy when comparing with other hotels.

It is one of the most luxury hotels in Guangzhou. As a result, the rooms are a bit small. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the Pearl River so walks at night and having a river view are a must. The complex is rather large with 2 ourdoor swimming pools, gym, indoor waterfall with a koi pond that is a big hit with all the travelers to stay here. Tons of shopping and places to eat. The downstairs breakfast is very high quality and a great mix of foods which can satisify any traveler.

It is a well-known hotel in Guangzhou There were a lot of guests. Receptionists and room attendants were kind and experienced. Room was clean and comfortable though facilities were old.
