Travel Reviews on Beijing International Hotel , Beijing

The hotel is in a great location to explore Beijing on limited time. Close to The Silk market, Tinnamen square, forbidden city and other shopping locations. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Our room on the 19th floor was comfortable and of decent size. Overall the hotel would suit most western travellers.

My partner and I lived in this hotel when we were traveling Beijing. Our room on the 16th floor had a good view down towards Beijing Railway Station. The location is very convenient. The airport shuttle bus arrives to the left of the building. Room is spacious however needs to be refurbished and brightened.

The hotel was right in the middle of the city centre and looked over one of the most beautiful squares with long queues of cars at every point of time. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was China basic.

I liked the location of the hotel. Train Station is a little over a block away. Buses are right in front. Metro (subway) is a little over a block away. There's an Airport bus stop around the corner a little ways. Decent mall across the street via underground access.

The hotel is big and accommodating and I can't fault it really. It's very good value for money. The room is nice, the bathroom is big. It would also have been nice to get free Wifi in the room, not just the lobby. Able to walk to Tenemen Square and Forbidden City (about 2 miles), train station is about two blocks away.

I used to stay in this hotel few years ago and now have come once again. No sad surprise: rooms nice refurbished with new furniture, LED TV, great breakfast. nice bed, efficient air-con (important in cold days). Location is ideal both for visiting all the famous sightseeing points and shopping (the Silkmarked only ten minutes away by taxi).

The hotel is central located, very near the subway. A good hotel for business people.

I booked this hotel for my business trip. Hotel is located in a superb location in the middle of everything (walking distance to the Silk Market, Wang Fu Jing, and about 300 meters to the subway). The staff was excellent and the service was superb too as well. Room is old. The hotel definitely needs to be updated, pool was under construction as well.

This is an excellent location in Beijing for both tourism and business. It is a bit outdated in decoration, but is clean, spacious and worth its money. The restaurant downstairs had a fabulous breakfast buffet which would please anyone as there were almost too many choices. Staff can speak some English, communicating is not a problem.

We stayed here for 8 days. The rooms are large and on the whole clean but the bathrooms could do with a revamp. The restaurants are adequate but don't stray away from the traditional Chinese fayre. Staff reasonably helpful
