The rooms were comfortable and quiet, room service turned up very quickly when we reported air conditioning not working. Staff can speak some English. Very nice view from the window. Room is cozy and clean.

It is the third time I lived in this hotel. Location is really good. Convenient for me. Room facilities are old but clean.

Transportation is convenient, adjacent ti Metro Station and Railway Station. Lots of restaurants and shopping mall around. Service is not good enough as a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was simple.

I stayed here for my business trip. It's a great location in beijing with access to shopping, restaurants, and major sightseeing attractions. Hotel staff was eager to assist with our needs. The rooms would be enhanced with extra cleaning and attention to detail. Good value for the short stay.

The hotel was very close to the subway, only three stops from The Forbidden City, and close to the Temple of Heaven. Roommaids were courteous and friendly but front desk stuff was haughty with a bleak outlook.

Service is good, quick check-in. Room is good size. the location is so good, you walk few minutes to subway. Starbucks is right there. They open 7 AM. Taxi is about $200 RMB to airport with 40 minutes. We got RMB 450 including breakfast. Breakfast is average.
