The metro station Pudian Road on Line 4 (Inner/Outer Circle Line) is a five minute walk from the hotel and serves Shanghai Railway Station. By changing at Century Road an ideal connection for Lujiazui (Oriental Pearl Tower) and Longyang Road (Maglev for Pudong International Airport). The room was extremely spacious and luxuriously appointed with tea and coffee facilities, large plasma TV with around 40 channels, mini bar, complimentary bottled water.

Modern hotel. Excellent breakfast and service. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. Quiet room. Close to subway. Free wifi in lobby from 10-10 (wish it was available all the time). Coffee shop across the street with free wifi.

Overall I was very satisfied with the stay at the hotel. Location of this hotel was a huge plus point. Rooms are comfortable, beds are good, bathroom excellent with a large shower / bathtub. The hotel has few in house restaurants/bars. Flannagan's, an Irish bar on the ground floor seems to be popular with single business travellers, and they have a regular live band. Also on the ground floor, where breakfast is served, is another restaurant. I did try a Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which I believe offers a sort of Japanese/fusion experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and was fairly comfortable. The bed was clean and soft, there are several TV channels in English available. The room was quiet. Room was modern and looked fairly new. However, the bathroom looked like it could use a more thorough cleaning as there were some "splatters" on the wall near the toilet and on the mirror.

Room is relatively small and should br more clean. There is a top-notch breakfast buffet with more selections than you can ever even taste in the hotel, including an omlette station, a noodle-chef station, dim-sum, american breakfast foods, asian breakfast foods, fruits, etc. An Irish pub with a live karaoke-style band was good for decompression.

My family stayed here for Shanghai Expo. The hotel is very stylish and the higher floors have great views of Shanghai buildings. Two metro stops are within walking distance. All major locations can be reached by no more than a $7.00 cab ride. Good security, good concierge. Very solid hotel.

I stayed at Holiday Inn with my partners, and I thought the hotel was perfect for my business trip. Staff was ok, some of them in front desk could speak better english, and could be more prepared to give tips about restaurants, and other places near the hotel. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would go back.

I had meetings in the area so the hotel was a perfect location for me, but not a great location for tourist. The restaurant was expensive, but the food was well prepared and I would eat there again. The rooms were large, but just OK. The greatest thing about the hotel was the staff. Not only did the concierge run down the street to get bus tickets for us, but the front desk clerk made sure we got everything we wanted.

This hotel has been renovated and generally looks nice and clean. The room and beds are comfortable, except the bathrooms. The standard rooms have shower place facing the room with glass partition - with blinds. The hotel is at the 5 minutes walking distance to the subway station, very convenient to move around to any part of Shanghai. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The quality of buffet breakfast is good in standard of a 4-stars hotel.

The hotel is in the Century Road area. Metro Station was nearby. Room was good and well-furnished. There was a glass working desk and small sitting area, also a laptop safe hidden by a sliding door. The bathroom was large with a huge square bath however it is more quirky than anything and a way a saving space.
