Location was great, close to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations and ferry to H.K. Island. We didn't eat in the hotel but the buffet looked to be fresh and plentiful. The rooms were clean and of a good size with a large plasma TV.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room, very comfortable, few sideways onto to the Harbour. The room was on the 6th floor, very clean, comfortable, free water and fruit. The bed was huge and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so much food to choose from. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and kept our cups filled with coffee and tea. We did not eat any other meals in the restaurant. In all a good clean hotel which would suit all persons. Staff were helpful and polite especially the boys on the concierge desk.

The hotel its self is situated in a great location to use as a base for sightseeing. The avenue of stars, MTR and Star Ferry terminal are all a short walk. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with the usual large bed, Large LCD TV with a good mix of channels. However they charged us wifi for each device we used in our room, this was not clearly marked.

I have stayed in this hotel three times in the past three years. In terms on location this is ideal, you come after a long day with suppliers or meetings and then 2 minutes you can walk to the water front seafood restaurant and something to eat, huge international variety. Nathan road is just 3-5 minutes.you can do shopping in this road and when you are tired go for a nice foot massage. Food is great, buffe breakfast is ok, you get the variety, however compared to other hotels not the best. Rooms are ok if you manage to get a room with waterfront vire, you will love this hotel, amazing during night time. Overall good for business travellers, however staff needs to be bit more friendly

It's in a pretty good location and the view from our room looked out over Victoria Harbour. Room very small but had all mod cons. I was pleasantly surprised with the room, very comfortable, few sideways onto to the Harbour. The room was on the 6th floor, very clean, comfortable, free water and fruit. The bed was huge and very clean and comfortable. In all a good clean hotel which would suit all persons. Staff were helpful and polite especially the boys on the concierge desk.

The hotel is well situated from the centre of HK and about 10 mins walk to the cruise terminal. They are almost finished with all renovations. New rooms are beautiful, Plenty of light and nice and clean. Club floor offers many nice extras, like breakfast brought to your room (on a silvertray no less), free internet, wired or wireless, snacks and drinks in the afternoon. Nice hotel, good location in TST east.

A very nice and good located hotel with a couple of facilities. Rooms are nicely furnished and in a good state. Do not expect large rooms. The VIP lounge on the business flour its valuabled. The buffet breakfast made for a great start to the day, a wide selection of choice from Congee, noodle, rice, to european, and full english.

We booked a harbour view club room and were on the 12th floor in a very nice refurbished room. The hotel is well placed on Kowloon for public transport, but we actually walked a lot too. There are restaurants around and Nathan Road about a 10 minute walk. Internet is charged for here, which in this day and age seems ludicrous! Especially as there are so many business guests.

It is a nice hotel that was recently renovated. By Hong Kong standards many of the rooms are quite large. It is good value for money and located a short walk from the MTR and nearby a large number of restaurant choices. The Italian, Japanese and Chinese restaurants in the hotel are excellent but a bit pricey. There are a couple of restaurants just outside of the hotel, supermarket, and coffee shops steps away (starbucks, pacific coastal coffee, etc). The hotel is good, specially if you are looking for a well located hotel.

Great hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Kowloon. The best thing about this hotel is location, it is a short walk away from MTR and close to the harbor front. Granted the harbor views are between other buildings, so don't think panorama. Rooms are clean and modern so very enjoyable stay. I didn't think the breakfast buffet was that great so I ordered a la carte which worked out much better for me.
