The room service was awful, our room was dirty when we arrived the day of check in. It didn't had the 5 star hotel services, the food wasn't fresh, some was for 1 or 2 days before. The laundry prices are too high; house keeping service wasn't good, one day they left our room open. At the hotel services book they say they have health care and massages and its not true, they don't have gym, sauna, not even foot massage. 4 or 5 persons at the hotel were the only ones who speak English and just a little bit, the other people who work at the hotel doesn't speak English so they can't understand anything.
