We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff were very attentive, the food was great and hotel rooms very nice. There was nothing of interest in the area located, but there was always a taxi available and they were cheap as chips and reliable.

It is an attractive property, not over the top, but certainly worthy of a Starwood property. The rooms were pleasant and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buuffet was vast in its selection, and was very good. If I needed to be in the area, or if I needed to catch a flight from Shenzhen airport, I would definitely consider the Four Points.

Easily walkable to the Futian border crossing for Hong Kong, and walkable to the Futian free trade zone. Not a lot in the immediate vicinity, but Taxis are plentiful and very, very cheap compared to UK. Room are nice and well-furnished. The lobby staff will happily give you a map and talk to the taxi driver to ensure that you get to where you want to go.

The facilities are great. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The high speed wireless internet helps to do the work also from there in case you need it. The restaurants are quite good. A big selection of Thai food, western style food more or less everything what you like you get. One of the biggest benefit of this hotel is the silence in the evening, even it´s in the Center of Futian and quite close to the Hongkong border. On the weekend you can walk from the hotel to the Hongkong border and you are in the Hongkong city Kowloon in around 1 hour by the train. All in all I just can recommend this hotel!

The Hotel is located close to the Hong Kong Border at Lok Ma Chau MTR Station. It's location is not convenient. You need to get a taxi to go downtown. The room was not small but also not really big. Internet is not free.

Hotel is in the Futian District, far from downtown area. But close 5 min to one of the crossings to Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent but maybe a little expensive.

It is a great hotel, beautiful room with beautiful bed. But the surrounding isnt too great as its next to the port. Plenty of restaurants walking distance away, but not great.

Good location(near to Hongkong and CBD). Nice staffs and services. Reasonable price. Clean and comfortable room.

I stayed two nights at this hotel for my business trip. Hotel is nice and clean - overall I was very satisfied with the service. The rooms in this hotel are great and Breakfast is good too. Check in and check out is very fast.

We stayed here for 4 nights, room is clean and well maintained, supplied with the toiletries, comfortable bed, slippers and robe, etc. The only bad point is that it is away from the busy "downtown" core. However, cab rides are relatively cheap here. It cost us $40 rmb to ride from the train station (KCR) to the hotel, which translates to about $5-6 Cdn.
