My family and I had two deluxe rooms for our trip. My room was fan shaped and was a corner room, very attractive with good views of the city, modern, well designed but also functionally efficient, warm wood panelling gave one a very comfortable feeling.

Good, roomy Horizon Club lounge in the 37th floor with nice views around the hotel. Breakfast was quite nice with a variety of hot Chinese offerings & the normal fruit etc. The staff here are very helpful even though we occasionally have difficulty with the language barrier. They are always willing to help as much as possible.

The entrance was really quite impressive, and the hotel is in the middle of what will soon become the new CBD of Shenzhen and the city's next major rail connection to both Hong Kong and Guangzhou. The location is convenient for dining and shopping. Lobby was large with massively high ceiling, huge plate glass windows and a large lobby lounge. However room is a bit small.

I stayed in the hotel for several times - very good customer services. The rooms are a decent size and very clean.

The room was very well furnished with a large flat screen TV. The bathroom is probably the best i've experienced so far. Lovely Occitane toiletries, marble wall panels, marble bath surround and worktops throughout. Bath TV and separate fully glazed shower enclosure with rainshower fitting. Totally sumptious!

Hotel is located downtown in the crossroad of the two metro lines with the nearest station entrance maybe 200m away. Majority of this 200m trip can be done indoors via Central Walk mall. The food never failed to impress, as did the banqueting staff. The language can slow your work down slightly, you just have to take that bit of extra time to give instructions but it is a small thing in comparison with the service you recieve

Beautiful room, great view, wonderful food, phantastic gym, great pool (unfortunately not outdoor), even two tennis grounds - and very friendly stuff. I rarely felt so welcome like there before in my life!

Stay there for two nights with friends - great hotels with excellent service. Our room was large and arranged differently from the usual hotel room layout. The swimming is very nice so as the horizon club lounge.

It is probably the best hotel i've stayed at. The only gripe is that the standard of english needs to be slightly improved for key staff.

Lovely hotel. Location was convenient for my business. There was a mall within 4 blocks with a Carre Four which was great for picking up snacks and such for the kids. The staff went out of their way to make us all comfortable and enjoy our stay.
