The location is good as it is about a 3 minute walk to the Yau Ma Tei MTR station and about 10 - 15 minutes to the Goldfish Market and the Ladies Market while the Jade Market is literally in the street next to the hotel. While the room is small, the bathroom was fine and the shower was very roomy. The room has tea/coffee making facilities and the TV had a good selection of stations.

Great location just around the corner from the Temple Street Markets and sidewalk cafes. The proximity to Nathan Road is another plus. It's not far from the Yau Ma Tei MRT station. Getting around is not a problem as the MRT is quite efficient and reliable.

I think is really worth it to stay here if you dont mind the small room. Location is the main point of this hotel. Few blocks of the Yau Ma Tei metro station, you might take about 10 minutes to walk to get there. It is also very convenient you want to go shopping along the Nathan Road. Would definitely go back again!

The room is a bit small for its price but i guess in HongKong is hard to find a spacious hotel. Its very clean and whatever you need is fit in the small hotel room. There's alot of food stall/cafe/restaurant nearby and you can find almost anything nearby the hotel. Overall it's worth the money.

The rooms themselves were clean and the staff did a good job of keeping them tidy. But don't be surprised at the size of the room as they are extremely small and with your luggage there's barely enough room to move around. Location good.

The hotel is near a 7/11, McDonald's and a Wellcome grocery. Nathan Road is just behind the hotel with the Yau Ma Tei station of the MTR just a 5 minute walk away. If you're a bit adventurous, you may make a right on Nathan Road and walk to Harbour City for around 20 minutes. It's hard to get lost since there are signs everywhere. Rooms are small but clean. If you're looking for a place to stay in HK that's clean, conveniently located, and not too expensive, then I would suggest this hotel.

My colleague and I stayed at Silka Seaview for 5 nights. We had stayed here last year and quite like the location and price was reasonable compare to others along Nathan Road. Room was tiny. We had a twin room and beds were (nearly) wall to wall. The shower area were so tiny that I almost developed claustrophobia. One pro is beds and bathroom were clean.

Location of the hotel is good for shopaholics its very near jade market and by 6pm night market is just besides the hotel, mongkok is also near the hotel. Rooms are typically small. Recommended if you are travelling solo or with your other half, and if you just need a place to rest without spending too much time in the room.

The hotel lobby is brightly lit, spacious but could use some more sofa where tourists waiting for their departure to the airport can sit it out. A few minutes walk to the Yau Ma Tei mtr station and to Mongkok. The rooms are really for the asian market as they are quite small albeit modern. Price OK.

Location was pretty convenient. It's about 10 mins stroll from Yaumatei Station(C2 exit). Easy walk to Mongkok & Jordan area. There's a lovely retro cafe around the corner of Silka.
