This is Christy from China Highlights. You could visit the Forbidden City and Great Wall in one day, but it is very strenuous. Since you will takes about 2-3 hours in Forbidden City then another 5-6 hours to and in Great Wall. But if you prefer it, we could also arrange it for you. It continues to warm up and the rainy season begins. Average low and high temperature in April is respectively at 19 °C (66 °F) and 25 °C (77 °F). A long-sleeve shirt is good for the day, and you might need a light cardigan for early morning and evening. Bring an umbrella.

You can take the airport shuttle bus to Guangzhou train station, then take bus No.529 to Taihe town, though 26 stops.

there are many shuttle bus from Guangzhou to Hongkong. You can take the bus at Guangzhou Hotel(Beijing Road Pedestrian Street). Every 30mins a bus from 0630am to 900am. Good Luck!
