Getting a Tourist Visa at the Visa Office of the Embassy or Consulate-General
1. Tourist (L) Visa Application
You may submit the application to the Visa Office of the Embassy or Consulate-General which holds consular jurisdiction over the districts where you live in. You should apply your visa in person and can not entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to transact your application affairs. No appointment is required. Mailed application is not accepted.
Documents Required
A passport (with at least 6 months validity and at least on blank visa page), a neatly filled out L visa form, a 2 inch passport style photo, the round-trip air tickets and hotel bookings.

Note: the rush service charges an additional fee of 30 eur for per visa and the expressive service is more 20 eur for per visa.
Payment Method: you can only pay the visa fee by cash when you collect your visa.
Processing Time
The normal processing time is 4 working days. The expressive service is 2 working days. The rush service provides visa pick-up at the same day.
Visa Pick-Up
Visas can be picked up on the pick-up date specified in the receipt. The receipt must be presented. You should pick up your visa in person.
2. Where to Apply
You need to choose the Visa Office of the Embassy or Consulate-General which holds consular jurisdiction over the districts where you live. See figure below. Addresses, etc. follow the office hours info.

Holidays Schedule in 2011
The embassy and the consulates generally have different holiday schedules. If the consulate has no its own holiday schedule, it will follow the embassy’ schedule.
