1. Tourist (L) Visa Application
You may submit the application to the Visa Office of the Embassy. If you cannot go in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to transact your application affairs. If the consular officials need your interview, you should go to the embassy in person. You are advised to apply your visa in advance for 3 weeks before your trip date.
Documents Required
- A valid passport (with at least 6 months validity and at least on blank visa page) and double copies of the passport (the 2nd and 3th page);
- A truly filled out visa application form attached with a recent photograph;
- For employee: work permit, document of vacation, and payroll (for 3 years) or pension proof;
- For businessman and entrepreneur: the original tax card and license;
- Banking statement (for 3 months);
- Invitation letter issued by Chinese argent ;
- Round-trip tickets and hotel bookings

Note: If applicants need Express Service (3 working days), they are charged additional XOF 12,500.
Processing Time
The regular processing time is a week. Under urgent case, express service (3 working days processing) is available but additional fees will be charged (extra XOF 12,5000).
Visa Pick-Up
When you collect your visa, you should show the relevant receipt to consular officials.
