Can I visit Zhuizaigou by bus on August 15,because the weather not good ?
Hi YUK, it is not suggested that you go to Jiuzhaigou by bus from another city, because the road condition is not good. If it rains, it could be quite dangerous.

Hi, We will be travelling around the Sichuan area in October. We will be spending some time in Chengdu. I have seen images of the flooding and we are wondering if all will be fine there in October.
Based on former data, the average temperature is about 15-22℃（59-71.6℉）, sometimes it rains, but not heavily. It is comfortable for travelling.
I suggest you avoid traveling in the first week of Oct., it is Chinese National Festival Holiday, there are many people going out for visiting. The rate of hotel, transport will be higher and it is very busy in most of the scenic spots.

I am planning to visit your lovely city in August 2013 and would like to know the weather condition, road condition and can we still travel from Chengdu to your city. Should I cancel my trip?
In August, the average temperature is about 19-22℃（66.2-71.6℉）， you could take some T-shirts and a coat, because it varies frequently between day and night. Sunblock and umbrella are needed.
You could take a bus or a flight from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, but I still suggest you'd better take a flight, it can save your time and it will be safer than taking a bus.
If you book a tour with us, it is flexible to cancel it while you have some reasons. We will refund some money based on the situation. Please click this link to check our cancellation policy: http://www.chinahighlights.com/aboutus/terms.htm#cancellation

I was going to take a long train ride to Chengdu and enter Chongqing by D-train from the west. I really wanted to ride on that new train route through the mountains I read about in China Daily a few years ago. I thought Yichang was a suburb of Wuhan and could not find the train. Then I realized you have to take a train from Wuhan to Yichang to get the "K or T" trains, but not "D" trains to Wanchow. It looks like that terminus is over 220 km from the city of Chongqing. Are there buses from the Wanchow train station to the capital city? (3 hours? cost?) Is the CRH terminus for D trains to Chengdu located in the capital city or in Wanzhou? Thanks.
There are some D trains from Chengdu to Chongqing, it takes about 2.5 hours.
In addition, Yichang is a city, it is in the west of Wuhan city. You also could take a D train to Wuhan from Yichang city, it takes about 2-2.5 hours and it costs about CNY84-102/US$14-17 per person.
Wanzhou is a district, belongs to Chongqing city. If you are in Wanzhou, you need to go to Chongqing railway station or bus station to take a train or bus.
I am not sure whether you are satisfied with my information or not, if you still have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

Hi we are going to visit Jiuzhaigou and Hanglong next August. We will start our trip from Chengdu. Can you please tell me which is the best way to reach both of them (bus? rent a car? taxi?) and how long does it take from Jiuozhaigou to Hanglong. Thank you! victoria
You could take a bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen bus station(新南门汽车站） to Jiuzhaigou, it takes about 7 hours and it costs about CNY150/US$25 per person. The bus sets off at 8:00am every day.
I suggest you take a flight and there are some flights every day. It takes about 1 hour, you could save your time. You will arrive at Jiuhuang airport where is about 43 km from Huanglong and about 88 km from Jiuzhaigou. It is easy to take a shuttle bus to get the scenic area. It costs about CNY20-40/US$3.3-6.5 per person.
You also could rent a car from Jiuhuang airport to Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou.
Jiuhuang airport to Jiuzhaigou direnctly: around CNY200/US$33 per car
Jiuhuang airport to Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou(in the same day): about CNY400/65 per car

Hi, we are three French backpackers, and will spend 3 days in SiChuan in two weeks. We will arrive from BeiJing by train and we want to visit Chengdu Pandas Breeding and Research Center, HuangLong and JiuZhaiGuo.The order doesn''t matter, the only constraints are the price (we are students so we need to book hostels and take buses) and the time (3 days). Thus, we would like to know how, according to you, to organize everything..? Plus, after those three days, we planned to go to KunMing (by train from Chengdu) to visit YunNan for about 6 days. What would you recommend us (and in which order, as well). Thank you for your help.
I suggest that you take air from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou. From Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong, take bus.
If you need any tour service, please feel free to contact me via email@example.com.
What would you recommend then?
Hi I am a french backpacker and I have exactly the same plan lolll... Can I have your contact ??
Hi Marianne, 3 days by train or bus cannot cover the tour to Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. The bus takes about 10-12hrs from Chengdu to JIuzhaigou. And usually you need 2 days for Chengdu, 2 days for Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong.

Hi, I planning on October 2013 to go to Chengdu - Huanglong - Jiuzhaigou - Zhangjiajie - Hongkong. Do you any advice the best planning trip for me? How can I go from Jiuzhaigou to Zhangjiajie then to Hongkong/Guangzhou? How long I must prepare stay in all the cities? Have they local tour (use English) in Chengdu, Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou and Zhangjiajie? Would you recommend them? And how much the prices? Thank you.
Hi Susi, they are all fantastic places to visit. Is this your first time in China? If yes, I also recommend Beijing, Xian and Shanghai to you.
There are no direct flights from Jiuzhaigou to Zhangjiajie, you will need to transit from another city such as Xian, Changsha, etc. From Zhangjiajie to Guangzhou, there are direct flights, no problem. Between Guangzhou and Hong Kong, there are direct trains, no worries.
For the tour arrange, usually the stay in each place is suggested as below:
Chengdu: 2-3 days
Huanglong: 1 day
Jiuzhaigou: 2 days
Zhangjiajie: 4 days
Hong Kong: 2-3 days
Beijing, Xian, Shanghai: 2-3days for each
We can arrange this tour for you, using private English speaking tour guide and van. We are very glad to send you a quotation for your reference. Would you please help me with below the information?
1. Number of people in your group including yourself
2. Length of stay in China
3. Entry/ departure city
4. Starting date of the tour
5. Besides the above places, any other places or attractions you would like to visit
6. Class of hotel: 3 / 4 / 5 star
7. Estimative total budget per person
