Hi, I planning on October 2013 to go to Chengdu - Huanglong - Jiuzhaigou - Zhangjiajie - Hongkong. Do you any advice the best planning trip for me? How can I go from Jiuzhaigou to Zhangjiajie then to Hongkong/Guangzhou? How long I must prepare stay in all the cities? Have they local tour (use English) in Chengdu, Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou and Zhangjiajie? Would you recommend them? And how much the prices? Thank you.
Hi Susi, they are all fantastic places to visit. Is this your first time in China? If yes, I also recommend Beijing, Xian and Shanghai to you.
There are no direct flights from Jiuzhaigou to Zhangjiajie, you will need to transit from another city such as Xian, Changsha, etc. From Zhangjiajie to Guangzhou, there are direct flights, no problem. Between Guangzhou and Hong Kong, there are direct trains, no worries.
For the tour arrange, usually the stay in each place is suggested as below:
Chengdu: 2-3 days
Huanglong: 1 day
Jiuzhaigou: 2 days
Zhangjiajie: 4 days
Hong Kong: 2-3 days
Beijing, Xian, Shanghai: 2-3days for each
We can arrange this tour for you, using private English speaking tour guide and van. We are very glad to send you a quotation for your reference. Would you please help me with below the information?
1. Number of people in your group including yourself
2. Length of stay in China
3. Entry/ departure city
4. Starting date of the tour
5. Besides the above places, any other places or attractions you would like to visit
6. Class of hotel: 3 / 4 / 5 star
7. Estimative total budget per person

Hi there, we are a group of 2 who need to travel from Chengdu Airport to Zigong. We will be arriving in Chengdu International Airport Terminal 1 around 11pm on a Friday night and intend to head to Zigong directly. Please advise what modes of transport are available at this time, and which mode would be recommendable - in terms of convenience, safety, price. Thank you very much.
Hi JJ, there is no transportation from Chengdu airport to Zigong at that time. You can rent a van in advance.

Ni Hao Lynn, is it a nice period to visit Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou around last week of april. Kindly advise with other comment if possible. Thanks & Regards. Michael Loh
In the end of April, the average temperature in Chengdu will 16-27℃（60.8-80.6℉）, it is suitable for wearing the shirts. In Jiuzhaigou, it will be colder than in Chengdu, you could take a coat. Sometimes it will be rainy, but not heavily, you'd better take an umbrella. The scenery is beautiful during that peroid, you could visit there during that time.

Hi, I''m planning to visit Chengdu this coming November. I have long been attracted to your country''s beautiful history thus I want to go and see myself especially the Three Kingdom''s heritage and Zhuge Liang''s monument & shrine. May I know what is the weather like in early November, and what should I wear? I will have 5 days in Chengdu City, so within 5 days, which places should you recommend me to go? I also want to shop some souvenirs to bring back home. Need your assistance. Thank you.
Hi Seda,It is cool in November. The average highest temperature is around 16 °C (61 °F ) and the lowest temperature is about 10 °C (50 °C ). November rarely sees any rain, but is not dry because of the special climate of this city. The sky is cloudy and the sun rarely shines, so you may feel a bit cold. Long trousers and a coat will do, and wear socks most of the time to stay warm. Please click here to see more attractions in Chengdu and let me know if can help you to tailor make an itinerary for you: http://www.chinahighlights.com/chengdu/attraction/

hello, im Yuba Raj Gurung from Nepal and I''m going to visit Chengdu in june then I want go to Beijing by land so plz explain me how to go and what could be good for travel . thank u .
Dear Yuba Raj Gurung,
You could take an overnight train from Chengdu to Beijing, it takes about 27 hours at least and it costs about CNY660/US$107 for the soft sleeper. If you think it is tired to take a train for a long time, you also could take a flight, it takes about 2.5 hours.

Topic From: How to Plan a First Trip to China
Hi, we plan to visit our daughter in Hong Kong in October 2013. We are considering flying to HK and staying over for about 4 - 5 days then taking a holiday in China. Returning to HK for 2 - 3 days and back to the UK. My question is; could you please put together an itinerary generally following this criteria: Depart Uk 12th Oct. HK for 4 - 5 days. In no particular order; Guilin, cruise Yangtze River (mid section) up or down stream, Chengdu, Xi''an, Sanya for short beach stay. HK for 2 - 3 days. Return to Uk on or before 3rd November. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks Paul.
Hi Paul, thanks for your inquiry. It is an excellent time frame for the tour, which can cover all the places and not push.
We are more than pleased to help plan your China tour. In order to quote the accurate price, could you please let me know:
1. How many people will be traveling with you? Is there any kids or elderly people? How old if any?
2. What kind of hotel you would like to stay in? 3/4/5 star?
I will propose a detailed itinerary as soon as I got further information from you, okay?
Thanks & have a nice day! Whitney
