We can not book the bus ticket for you. I suggest you book it at the bus station directly. It is about 830km between Beijing and Dalian, if you take a bus, it takes about 10-11 hours at least. It's not comfortable and safe. You can take a train or a flight.

It is hard to say which city is better for live. But i am happy to introduce each for you:

Haikou , the capital city of Hainan Province, has 1.76 million poluation in 2007. It locates in the low-latitude tropical northern edge of a tropical oceanic monsoon climate, warm and dry spring and more dry, hot and rainy summer, more typhoons and storms, cool and comfortable when the autumn rain and winter drought has hit with an array of cold air flow. The average number of more than 2000 hours of sunshine, and the annual average temperature of 23.8 ℃ (Extreme highest temperature in Aug reached 39 ℃, the lowest in Jan. droped to 5℃).

Dalin, an important coastal port city in Liaoning Province, the province's second largest city, is the main external gateway of Northeast China; Northeast Asia is an important international shipping center, an international logistics center, a regional financial center. It has 6.13 million population (2008). Dalian is the world-famous summer resort north temperate continental monsoon climate, is the warmest place in Northeast China. The annual average temperature is 10 ℃, 30 ℃ daily maximum temperature exceeded the number of days only 10 to 12 days in Aug., January is the coldest average temperature of -5 ℃, extreme minimum temperatures can reach -21 ℃ or so. 60% -70% of the rainfall concentrated in summer, more rain, rain and rainy night than day.

If you are already in China, your working company will take care of the working visa for you at the local immigration office.

If you try to get the Working Visa in your own country, your company should offer the invitation letter and the working contract, then you try at Chinese Embassy.

There is only one airport in Qinhuangdao, but it's not international airport. There are some domestic flights landing there, which fly from Shijiazhuang, Dalian, Shenzhen and Shanghai. If you would like to take a flight to Qinhuangdao, you should get to the cities that mentioned before, and then change a flight to Qinhuangdao.
