Private car or taxi would be very expensive. There are also direct buses, please see in the link above.

Hi Asf, sorry I don't know if there is such a tourist post in Zhuhai. There are direct buses from the starred hotels in Macau to Guangzhou, and they arrive in the city center. In Zhuhai Gongbei Bus Station, these buses are also available.

There is no fast train from Guangzhou to Guilin.
Only two trains available
K36/37 leaving Guangzhou at 17:46 and arriving 06:37AM next day
Or K952/K949 19:47-07:55AM next day

You could take a bus at Guangzhou Dongfang Hotel, located at No. 120 Liuhua Road, Yuexiu district(越秀区流花路120号).

I am visiting canton trade fair for 2 phases in between i have 3 days for which i wish to go to macau. , yet i have single entry visa to china, issued by embassy in India. Is going to macau treated as Exit from China and getting back to guangzhou would require new Visa or Multiple entry visa. Kindly help how to manage!

Based on your itinerary, you need to apply for a multiple entry or double entry visa in advance. According to the process, I suggest you ask the Chinese Embassy directly.
