Hi Robert, for the 3 days, you can visit all the highlights of Guilin. i.e.:

1. one day to the terraced field in Longsheng

2. one day for Li River Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo+country side tour in a open mini-bus in Yangshuo.

3. half day city tour in Guilin or learning Tai chi, painting, cooking in Yangshuo, after that, fly out of Guilin.

There are lots of flights to and from Guilin, such as Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Hongkong, etc. Please choose the one which is convenient for you.

We are based in Guilin. We are more than happy to help arrange your Guilin tour. Please kindly advice the  class of hotel you would like to stay in. Thanks, Whitney

My wife and I wish to visit Guilin any time soon. We plan to spend 1 week free and easy. We need ground arrangements only as we will fly in on our own. Please advise including costs. Thanks

If there is a direct bus from Fenghuang to Guilin for 150 CNY, is there a direct bus from Guilin to Fenghuang? Where does it stop? How long does the bus journey take? Can I book tickets n advance?

Dear Lana,

As far as I know, there is no direct bus between Fenghuang and Guilin. You need to take a bus from Fenghuagn to Jishou city (around 2 hours, CNY40/US$6.5), then take an overnight train to Liuzhou city( about 8 hours, CNY223/US$36), at last take a bus or a train to Guilin( around 2 hours, CNY30/US$5).

There is only one train from Jishou to Liuzhou, you'd better buy the tickets in advance.

Hi, we plan to visit our daughter in Hong Kong in October 2013. We are considering flying to HK and staying over for about 4 - 5 days then taking a holiday in China. Returning to HK for 2 - 3 days and back to the UK. My question is; could you please put together an itinerary generally following this criteria: Depart Uk 12th Oct. HK for 4 - 5 days. In no particular order; Guilin, cruise Yangtze River (mid section) up or down stream, Chengdu, Xi''an, Sanya for short beach stay. HK for 2 - 3 days. Return to Uk on or before 3rd November. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul, thanks for your inquiry. It is an excellent time frame for the tour, which can cover all the places and not push.

We are more than pleased to help plan your China tour. In order to quote the accurate price, could you please let me know:

1. How many people will be traveling with you? Is there any kids or elderly people? How old if any?

2. What kind of hotel you would like to stay in? 3/4/5 star?

I will propose a detailed itinerary as soon as I got further information from you, okay?

Thanks & have a nice day! Whitney

Hi Maureen, you can fly to Guilin from HK, after the tour in Guilin, take train or air to Guiyang. When would you like to start the tour, please? Do you need us to propose an itinerary for you? How long will you stay in China? Besides these places, any other places or attractions you would like to visit?
