Q & A about Guilin by Our Customers
Topic From: How to Plan a First Trip to China
Hi, we plan to visit our daughter in Hong Kong in October 2013. We are considering flying to HK and staying over for about 4 - 5 days then taking a holiday in China. Returning to HK for 2 - 3 days and back to the UK. My question is; could you please put together an itinerary generally following this criteria: Depart Uk 12th Oct. HK for 4 - 5 days. In no particular order; Guilin, cruise Yangtze River (mid section) up or down stream, Chengdu, Xi''an, Sanya for short beach stay. HK for 2 - 3 days. Return to Uk on or before 3rd November. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks Paul.
Asked by Paul on Apr. 25, 2013
Hi Paul, thanks for your inquiry. It is an excellent time frame for the tour, which can cover all the places and not push.
We are more than pleased to help plan your China tour. In order to quote the accurate price, could you please let me know:
1. How many people will be traveling with you? Is there any kids or elderly people? How old if any?
2. What kind of hotel you would like to stay in? 3/4/5 star?
I will propose a detailed itinerary as soon as I got further information from you, okay?
Thanks & have a nice day! Whitney

Hi Maureen, you can fly to Guilin from HK, after the tour in Guilin, take train or air to Guiyang. When would you like to start the tour, please? Do you need us to propose an itinerary for you? How long will you stay in China? Besides these places, any other places or attractions you would like to visit?

I regret that we don't apply for a visa for our clients, I suggest you ask for the details and apply it from Chinese Embassy. Here is their official website. Please click: http://au.china-embassy.org/eng/

Hi, im planning a 2 weeks trip starting from hongkong to macau to guilin to jiuzhaigou to beijing. I need a tour for all those cities except for beijing. Could you estimate the price for the tour? And do you think 2 weeks is satisfying enough to visit all those cities or is the time too packed? Do you provide airport pickup as well?
Asked by Fellycia on Apr. 14, 2013
Hi Fellycia, 2 weeks is enough to cover all these cities, and it is not fully packed. If you have interest, you can add Chengdu or Xian into the tour. What do you think? Yes, the tour will include the airport pickup & seeing off to/from hotel. We are more than pleased to propose an itinerary for you. Please kindly advice:
1. Number of people in your group including yourself
2. Starting date of the tour
3. Places or attractions that you want to visit
4. Class of hotel: 3 / 4 / 5 star

Hi there, may i check where is this shangri la in guilin located.the picture looks breath taking.
Asked by helen on Apr. 10, 2013
This hotel is not in down town, its location is not as good as Guilin Sheraton Hotel even though it is near the Li river. There are not any shopping malls near the hotel and you need to take a taxi for about 20 minutes to go to the city center for shopping.

Topic From: Beijing long Distance Bus Stations
HI! we would like to rent a bus from 2nd Sept. 2013 to 10th Sept. 2013 to the tour in China. We will be going to Beijing, Xian, ChengDu, Guilin and YangShuo. And we have 40 people in the tour. Please give me a good price.
Asked by Vickie on Mar. 31, 2013
Hi Vickie, We can arrange the bus in each city. But between these places, bus is not recommended for transportation, as China is so big a country, usually we take flights for cities with long distance between such as Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Guilin.
I am very glad to quote a price. In order to make the exact one, please kindly let me know:
1. entering and departing cities
2. class of hotel: 3/4/5 star
3. the duration of your stay in China
4. estimative budget per person
I will send you the quotation with detailed itinerary as soon as I get these information from you.
