Hi apple. Sorry that China Highlights does not provide motorbike renting service in Jiayuguan. I think you can also consult local rental company if possible. What is the status of travel advisory to Xinjiang? noticed latest post is 2009. Is there railway travel between Jiayuguan City and Urumqi?
Tours in Xinjiang usually include a long distance driving since the province is a vast area. Road condition will sometimes be poor.
Hotels and restaurants in remote areas are usually basic.

how I to the Qiyi Glacier from Jiayuguan? Is there a bus that goes there directly? Thank you.
Hi, the only means of transportation from Jiayuguan to Qiyi Glacier is rented car or in a arranged tour. Note the road conditions are poor at high elevation. I recommend you to travel in an arranged tour if you want to go there.

Sorry, Sir, so far, we only can take care of the Silk Road tour part in China (Xian-Lanzhou-Dunhuang-Urumqi-Kashigar). For the rest in Central Asia, Iran or Iraq, we have little information.

As far as I know that Shangri-la Express trains don't offer any private tours, from the schedule we have now, group tours are available in late April, early May, late August and early September for the Silk Road Tour.
China Highlights can tailor made private tours according to the clients' needs. Please forward us more information on your tour and we would get back to you shortly with a tentative itinerary.
