From May to Aug. it is hotest in Sanya and it usually rains. In Sep. and Oct. it will be cool, but it is also rainy frequently. From Nov. to Apr. in the next year, it is the best time for travelling.

Hi, we plan to visit our daughter in Hong Kong in October 2013. We are considering flying to HK and staying over for about 4 - 5 days then taking a holiday in China. Returning to HK for 2 - 3 days and back to the UK. My question is; could you please put together an itinerary generally following this criteria: Depart Uk 12th Oct. HK for 4 - 5 days. In no particular order; Guilin, cruise Yangtze River (mid section) up or down stream, Chengdu, Xi''an, Sanya for short beach stay. HK for 2 - 3 days. Return to Uk on or before 3rd November. Hi, I live in Tangshan and I''m planning to fly to Sanya from Tianjin. I was wondering if there is a shuttle or bus that goes directly from Tangshan to Tianjin or to the Tianjin airport? As well would would be the price of them?

There is no shuttle bus from Tangshan to Tianjin. I suggest you take a train from Tangshan to Tianjin railway station, then take a shuttle bus from Tianjin railway station to Tianjin airport.
There are many trains every day, it takes about 1.5 hours and it costs about CNY20/US$3 for hard seat. The shuttle bus is available from 6:00am to 19:30pm and it costs about CNY15/US$2.5 per person.

Hi Lisa, the bus from Nanning to Sanya departs from Nanning Jiangnan Coach Station 南宁江南客运站 at 16:00 19:00. It takes about 15 hrs. The price is about CNY250-300.

I would like to visit Sanya which looks beautiful. However, besides nice hotels, beaches and tourist spots, does it have a buzzy night life - an area with bars,clubs, restaurants?

The bars and clubs are mostly near Shi Dai Hai An, near Hui Tou park.
Compared with other cities, sanya bars are more expensive and not as many as that in Beijing and Shanghai.
