The most convenient way is to go by subway. You can take subway line 9 to get to Qibao.

Yes, there are many trains available every day from Shanghai to Guangzhou. The ticket price are different depending on different trains you take, the faster and better the train is, the higher the ticket price will be. For a soft-sleeper bunk, the price is about 640 yuan, 540 yuan or 568 yuan.
